Partner Reward Details

AUD $ 50 – for every qualified and accepted Deal Registration

AUD $ 100 – for Customer Introduction meetings (onsite or virtual meetings as applicable)

• Customer Introduction meeting must be related to an Arcserve opportunity with a value of at least $5000 or more, and with a NET NEW Arcserve customer

AUD $ 150 – for joined Project meeting engagement for Arcserve Field sales and partner’s sales team

• Project meeting must be related to an Arcserve opportunity with a value of at least $5000 or more, and with a NET NEW Arcserve customer

AUD $ 250 – for successful POC delivered by Arcserve Pre-sales team on a customer’s project

• POC must be related to an Arcserve opportunity with a value of at least $5000 or more, and with a NET NEW Arcserve customer

Terms and Conditions

• This rewards scheme is valid between 1st July 2024 and 30th September 2024.

• These rewards are ONLY applicable on new customer deal registrations, new customer introduction meetings, new customer project meetings, and new customer POC’s and all with a potential project value of $5k or more qualified and approved by an Arcserve Sales/Channel representative.

• Any opportunities registered and meetings or POC’s conducted prior to 1st July 2024 are not eligible for this promotion.

• All applicable activities must be registered in the Partner Portal and must include the relevant Promo Code

• Subject to Arcserve approval offers under this incentive may be combined with other currently valid incentives and promotions.

• One voucher only per deal registration, meeting, or POC.

• Duplicate meetings and deals will be disqualified from this incentive.

• Vouchers will be sent after the deal has been approved and the customer meeting has been attended and approved by an Arcserve representative.

• Electronic gift cards will typically be made payable within 30 business days of the conclusion of the eligibility period associated with this promotion.

• Arcserve reserves the right to exclude any participants that it deems do not meet the rewards scheme requirements or whose conduct violates the spirit of the scheme.  Arcserve’s decision regarding eligibility for participation in this scheme shall be final and conclusive.

• Arcserve reserves the right to cancel or modify any or all portions of the program without cause or notice.

• Any sums earned or received under this program shall not be used for bribery or any unethical or illegal activities.

• Arcserve is not responsible for any taxes or levies that may arise from the issuance of this gift card.
