Terms and Conditions

  1. All deals must be registered under Arcserve’s Deal Registration Program, qualified, validated and approved by the Arcserve Sales team.
  2. All the new customers and the customers that have a contract renewal during the time of Promotion are eligible for this offer.
  3. The Promotion applies for renewal deals only if the customer purchases additional licenses and only to the licenses that exceed the number that was purchased in the previous contract.
  4. This Promotion is only valid for a minimum purchase of 250 users for SaaS Backup on Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Dynamics 365, Zendesk, and Salesforce.
  5. Deals must be registered using Promotion code “SaaS_3 for_2” and closed between 15th of May, 2024 and 30th of September, 2024. Participants must include the code “SaaS_3 for_2” when placing an order to Arcserve.
  6. No additional discounts can be applied, nor can this Promotion be combined with any other promotions.
  7. Product(s) purchased under this Promotion may only be purchased for a single customer. This Promotion is not applicable for MSPs and Master Distributors with special pricing.
  8. This Promotion cannot be applied to existing Arcserve Microsoft 365 Cloud customers unless they purchase additional licenses and including renewing their contract.
  9. Upon expiration, Arcserve subscriptions do not automatically renew.
  10. Recommended Arcserve pricing will apply when a renewal is due upon expiration of the purchased term.
  11. All other products and options which do not form part of this Promotion should be purchased at Arcserve’s suggested retail prices.
  12. No returns will be accepted for deals qualified for this Promotion, after such deals have been accepted and processed by Arcserve.
  13. Duplicate deals will be disqualified from this Promotion.
  14. Participant is responsible for all shipping fees, taxes, and other fees applicable. Arcserve does not offer any payment schedules. Participants need to pay to Arcserve the full amount upfront.
  15. Arcserve reserves the right at any time to terminate, extend, or modify this Promotion, any benefit, or eligibility requirements in any way, with or without cause and without notice.
  16. Arcserve reserves the right to exclude any participants that it deems do not meet the Promotion requirements, or whose conduct violates the spirit of the Promotion. Arcserve’s decision regarding eligibility for participation in this Promotion shall be final and conclusive. This Promotion ends on 1st October, 2024.
