Terms and Conditions

This Promotion is only valid for deals registered on or after 1st June, 2024, and the order is placed with Arcserve, LLC (“Arcserve”), between 1st June, 2024 up to and including 20th September, 2024, while supplies last.

1. This Promotion is only available in the European Union, EMEA, Asia Pacific, and North America regions.
2. All deals must be registered with Arcserve, qualified, validated and approved by the Arcserve Sales team between 1st June, 2024 up to and including 20th September, 2024.
3. This Promotion is not applicable to existing Partner / Customer Quotes / open Opportunities.
4. This offer cannot be combined with any other current promotions.
5. All other products and options which do not form part of this Promotion should follow the usual pricing and conditions of your preferred Partner.
6. Duplicate deals will be disqualified from this Promotion.
7. This Promotion is available at any partner level.
8. This Promotion is applicable only to net new or upsell /cross-sell deals, not replacement deals.
9. This Promotion is not applicable to non-commercial SKUs.
10. This Promotion is not applicable to Master Distributor’s special prices.
11. Maintenance must be purchased for three (3) years minimum platinum support for the DR appliance. The free appliance will receive same level of maintenance as was purchased for the DR appliance. The maintenance for both appliances (free and DR) will need to be renewed when the term expires.
12. This Promotion does not modify or alter in any way any warranties applicable to the Appliance.
13. Partner Demonstration units are not eligible for this Promotion.
14. Distributors must include 2DRAPP_PROMO_CY24Q3 when placing an order.
15. Depending on the Appliance model purchased, Customers may need to upgrade to the latest version of Arcserve Unified Data Protection. The Customer should contact Arcserve Technical Support for any queries around this upgrade.
    
16. No returns will be accepted on purchases made under this Promotion once the deal has been accepted by Arcserve, and the Arcserve invoice has been issued.
17. Arcserve may terminate or extend this Promotion with or without cause, at any time with or without notice.
18. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees, taxes and other fees as may be applicable.
19. Arcserve’s decision regarding eligibility for participation in this Promotion shall be final and binding. Arcserve reserves the right at any time to change, withdraw or alter the Promotion or any benefit, or eligibility requirements in any way, and Arcserve reserves the right to exclude any Customers or Partners that it deems do not meet the Promotion requirements or whose conduct violates the spirit of the Promotion. This Promotion ends on 20th September, 2024.
