Terms and Conditions
- This Promotion is only available in all regions.
- All deals must be registered under Arcserve’s Deal Registration Program, and all deals will be qualified, validated and approved by an authorized representative of the Arcserve Sales team.
- Upon purchase of Arcserve Unified Data Protection software, customers are eligible to purchase a Premium Upgrade at the price of an Advanced Package.
- The Promotion does not include Arcserve’s UDP appliances.
- The Promotion applies only to Arcserve’s UDP Software licensing.
- There is no minimum amount of licenses required for purchase.
- The Promotion is applicable to licensing and maintenance SKU’s.
- Only new Arcserve UDP customers are eligible for this Promotion (customers that have other Arcserve products but purchase Arcserve UDP products for the first time are also eligible).
- This Promotion is only valid for a minimum purchase of Arcserve’s UDP Software for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase.
- Deals must be registered using promotion code “UDP_Premium_Upgrade” and closed between 1st October, 2024 and 31st December, 2024. Distributors must include the code “UDP_Premium_Upgrade” when placing an order with Arcserve.
- No additional discounts will be applied, nor can this Promotion be combined with any other offers or promotions.
- Product(s) purchased under this Promotion may only be purchased for a single customer. This Promotion is not applicable for MSP’s and Master Distributors with special pricing.
- Upon the three (3) year contract expiration, Arcserve subscriptions do not automatically renew. The contract price will automatically revert to Arcserve’s Premium tier pricing or the current market retail price, whichever is greater.
- All other products and options which do not form part of this Promotion should be purchased at Arcserve’s current market retail prices.
- No returns will be accepted for deals qualified for this Promotion, after such deals have been accepted and processed by Arcserve.
- Duplicate deals will be disqualified from this Promotion.
- Partner is responsible for all shipping fees, taxes, and other applicable fees. Arcserve does not offer any payment schedules. Partners are required to pay the full amount due upfront to Arcserve.
- Arcserve reserves the right at any time to terminate, extend, or modify the Promotion, any benefit, or eligibility requirements in any way with or without cause and without notice.
- Arcserve reserves the right to exclude any participants that it deems do not meet the Promotion requirements, or whose conduct violates the spirit of the Promotion. Arcserve’s decision regarding eligibility for participation in this Promotion shall be final and conclusive.
- This Promotion ends on 31st December, 2024.
