Promotion is valid for only deals registered on or after 1st April 2023, and the order placed with Arcserve between 1st April 2023 - 30th June 2023

• All deals must be registered with Arcserve, qualified, validated and approved by the Arcserve sales team.   
• Cannot be combined with any other current promotions.
• Standard Deal registration discounts will apply in accordance with the current Arcserve Deal Registration Program, and the 9000s eligible units must be bought with a minimum of 3yrs New Platinum Maintenance; 9012, 9024, 9048, 9072, 9096 and 9144 models are excluded from this Promotion
• OneXafe appliance Platinum maintenance term must be purchased and match the term on the Arcserve Appliance. All bundles are limited to 3Ys and 5Ys only.
• Recommended Arcserve pricing may apply when a renewal is due upon expiration of the purchased term.
• All other products and options which do not form part of this Promotion should be purchased at the suggested price.
• Product(s) purchased under this Promotion may only be purchased for a single customer. The promotional products received under this Promotion may not be split between customers.
• This Promotion does not modify or alter any warranties applicable to the appliance.
• Duplicate deals will be disqualified from this Promotion.
• Partner Demonstration units are not eligible for this Promotion.
• Distributors must Include Promo Code "FOC_OneXafe_with_UDP9k" when placing an order.
• No returns will be accepted for deals qualified for this Promotion after such deals have been accepted and processed by Arcserve. 
• Arcserve may terminate or extend this Promotion with or without cause at any time without notice.
• The customer is responsible for all shipping fees, taxes, and other fees as applicable.
• Arcserve’s decision regarding eligibility for participation in this Promotion shall be final and conclusive. Arcserve reserves the right at any time to change, withdraw or alter the Promotion or any benefit, or eligibility requirements in any way and Arcserve reserves the right to exclude any participants that it deems do not meet the Promotion requirements or whose conduct violates the spirit of the Promotion.
